Refund Policy For Reserving a Jet Ski
Once your reservation is processed and payment is cleared, your jetski rental is secured. It’s important to note that all reservations are final, and refunds are not permitted. However, life happens, and we understand that plans can change. In the event that you need to cancel your rental or if weather conditions prevent you from hitting the waves on your scheduled day, fear not! If you have the Booking Coverage, we are happy to issue a rain-check for another day of fun in the sun. Rainchecks are valid for one year from the original reservation date, giving you plenty of time to reschedule your aquatic adventure.
