About Us:
At Jbeez Watercraft, we offer a multitude of openings each year for our Rental Assistant position. Your primary role will involve assisting our customers with their watercraft rentals, making a splash in the world of jet skis, pontoons, and ski boats. Our rental season runs from May to October, making it the perfect summer gig for individuals between school years.
Position Responsibilities:
As a Rental Assistant, you’ll engage in various tasks such as:
- Guiding customers through rental paperwork.
- Towing watercraft on trailers.
- Launching and retrieving watercraft at multiple boat ramps across Tennessee.
- Performing routine maintenance and preparing watercraft for rentals.
- Handling phone inquiries about our boat rentals and addressing customer questions.
Requirements:
While specific experience in paperwork, towing, or watercraft knowledge is not necessary, a friendly personality is a must! As a representative of our company, you may need to drive up to an hour to meet a new customer. Your friendly demeanor and clear communication skills will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall rental experience. No worries if you’re not familiar with the intricacies; we provide comprehensive training to ensure you are well-prepared for your rental responsibilities.
