Unfortunately, we have a no refund policy. If you cannot make your rental for any reason, you will lose your reservation. However, we do offer booking coverage to protect your reservation and allow you to move your reservation to another day. Subject to availability and booking coverage/rain check policies.
At JBeez we always wish for our customers to have an enjoyable rental. If the forecast calls for thunderstorms or other bad weather conditions, we may need to cancel your rental for the day. In this instance we will provide a rain check credit for another day. If there is not a significant risk for severe weather, we may allow the rental to take place. Once the boat is delivered we do not offer an option for a rain check or credit to be used for any remaining time should you choose to turn in early.
Once your watercraft is reserved, we take it out of circulation for that day so no one else can rent it. This is why we have a no refund policy. If you must cancel, or need to reschedule, our booking coverage is there so you don’t lose your rental. With the booking coverage, if you need to change your rental time and date for any reason you will receive a raincheck that can be used another day. Rainchecks can only be redeemed during slow times when we have plenty of availability for your specific watercraft. Subject to availability and raincheck policy.
For all of our rentals we will take the boat to the water for you and pick it up at the end of your rental period. Customers are not allowed to tow the boats with their vehicles. This also means we are not able to leave a trailer with you for the duration of your rental.
Due to our peak season schedule, there are only certain times allotted for rain checks. Rain check periods can be redeemed outside our peak season, before Memorial Day and after Labor Day, or during the summer on a weekday, subject to availability. Rainchecks are unable to be used on Holiday periods or other busy weekends. Unless otherwise noted, rain checks are valid for one year from the date issued.
Our typical rental time period is a “Single Day”. For this rental period, we block out the whole day for you and give you the freedom to decide when you would like to start and end your rental. Throughout the weekdays your start time can range from 8am-1pm with an end time as late as 5pm. On weekends you can reserve a block of time up to 8 hours ranging from 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, or 11am-6pm. Any start times after 11am will typically end around 6pm. While most of our rentals are the “Single Days”, we do have a “half day” or 4 hour rental which is 9am-1pm and is $50 less than a full day. As well as a 2 hour rental for our base models that are $200 for a waverunner, $250 for a pontoon, or $300 for a ski boat. These time periods are only available on Center Hill Lake.
JBeez Watercraft is based on Center Hill Lake and we do most of our rentals here. However, we can go to several lakes in Middle and East Tennessee including Percy Priest, Old Hickory, Dale Hollow, Watts Bar, Chickamauga, and more. These alternate lakes will have a delivery fee and typically have varying time restrictions such as later delivery times to account for the drive distance and time change, fewer days to choose from such as no holiday/weekend deliveries, and may require multiple days to be able to rent. It depends on the model of WaveRunner you choose. Some of our faster WaveRunners are capable of reaching speeds over 50 mph. However, the weight of the riders as well as the water conditions, etc. may affect the top speed performance

While most of our rentals end around 5pm, we do allow “multi-day” rentals where you do not have to return the boat every evening. While we do allow you to keep the boats as a convenience for you, our boats are not equipped to be driven after dark and should be parked before the sun has set.
