Dale Hollow Lake is located in Tennessee and Kentucky and is surrounded by the Tennessee Counties of Clay, Overton, and Picket; and two Kentucky Counties of Clinton and Cumberland. The larger part of the lake is located in Tennessee. Dale Hollow Lake is one of the fewer lakes in Tennessee and our nation that provide an unobstructed view of nature and natural beauty at its best due to the restrictions of private boat docks and the removal of trees from the shorelines.Dale Hollow Lake is a popular wintering area for the Bald Eagle, our American symbol. Cordell Hull Dam is located at mile marker 313.5 on the Cumberland River in Smith County, Tennessee, 48 miles east of Nashville and 26 miles northwest of Cookeville. The reservoir is located in Smith, Jackson and Clay Counties in Tennessee. Take your next vacation at Cordell Hull Lake. Cabin rentals, houseboat rentals and other lodging are available around the lake for your convenience and enjoyment. Many of the marinas offer fishing boat, pontoon boat, and houseboat rentals. Some of the marinas also have a restaurant.

Located in the Heart of Nashville, Old Hickory Lake is the closest lake to Nashville. Join us at Old Hickory Lake, where you can find great fishing – one state and two national record catches! With over 22,000 acres of water and 440 miles of shoreline, Old Hickory offers plenty of hiking, fishing, boating, skiing, and other lake activities.

Located near Kingston, Harriman, Rockwood, and Spring City, Watts Bar lake is a favorite for its sandy islands and secluded coves.

Tims Ford Lake area was extensively used by the American Indians for hunting and fishing, and is thought to be one of the most picturesque lakes in Tennessee, with excellent bass fishing and recreational opportunities.

In the heart of the popular Tellico Village golf resort, Tellico lakes sits just twenty minutes from Knoxville, and is one of Tennessee’s newest lakes.

Fort Loudon Dam and Tellico Dam are both located on US 321 at Lenoir City, Tennessee. They are located just one mile apart. HWY I-40 and I-75 provide easy access from all directions to both Fort Loudon and Tellico Dams. These dams were constructed by the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) for the purpose of electric power, flood control, navigation, recreation, an adequate supply of water and other related benefits. Tellico and Fort Loudon lakes depend on each other to achieve these purposes. Fort Loudon Lake offers a variety of water activities including boating, fishing, waterskiing, jetskiing, swimming, camping, public parks, public access areas and much more. More than 2 million visitors a year come to Fort Loudon lake.

Located in the heart of Chattanooga, millions of visitors yearly are attracted to Chickamauga Lake. The area offers two state parks, two county parks, four municipal parks, and two wildlife centers. Boating, swimming, fishing, camping, water skiing, jet skiing, and other water related activities are offered on Chickamauga Lake.

The five counties surrounding Norris Lake include Anderson County, Campbell County, Claiborne County, Grainger County, and Union County.

When visiting Cherokee Lake, you will find it is surrounded by gentle, rolling hills. Beautiful, peaceful country landscape abounds in the many farmlands near the lake. To the Northwest of Cherokee Lake you can see the towering Clinch Mountain Range. As you approach the summit of Clinch Mountain (located on HWY 25E), you will find a lookout point that provides a breathtaking view of Cherokee Lake.
