1) How do you pronounce the name JBeez?

answer: it is pronounced as Jay - Beez

2) What happens if I rent a WaveRunner and it rains on my scheduled day?

answer:  At JBeez we always wish for our customers to have an enjoyable rental. If the weather is bad on your scheduled day, then we gladly issue a rain check for another day. If you are already on the lake when bad weather surfaces, then immediately return to shore and notify us. We will issue a rain check for whatever unused portion of the day is left. Your time will be credited from the point that you notify us of the weather condition.

3) What if I just want to cancel my reservation?

answer: Due to the nature of the rental business, after the close of the business day you make a reservation, we cannot offer a refund. You have until 7:00 p.m. CST on the day you make your reservation to cancel and receive a refund. After that point you may cancel, however, you will have to accept a rain check for another day.

4) If I receive a rain check, when will I be able to redeem it?

answer: Due to our peak season schedule, there are only certain times allotted for rain checks. Rain check periods can be redeemed in May, prior to Memorial Day Weekend, or through the weekdays in September after Labor Day Weekend. However, all rain checks are valid through the following rental season.

5) How fast are the WaveRunners?

answer: The WaveRunners we rent are capable of reaching speeds close to 60 mph. However, the weight of the riders on the machine may affect the top speed performance

6) How many people can ride on a WaveRunner?

answer: Each WaveRunner is sized for three people, or 528 pounds maximum.

7) Do you have to mix oil with the gas?

answer: No, each of our WaveRunners feature an oil injected system. This system contains a seperate tank for oil, which will be delivered to you full, at no charge. You will only need to pump regular gasoline in the fuel tank.

8) How long will a tank of fuel last on a WaveRunner?

answer: Fuel consumption is directly proportional to the weight on the machine, the water condition, and your riding style. On the average, a full tank of fuel should last close to two hours, however it could be more or  less depending on how you ride.

9) What is the difference between a Jet Ski, WaveRunner, and SeaDoo?

answer: Each are types of PWC's or Personal Watercrafts. JetSki is the trademarked name for Kawasaki's line of PWC's. WaveRunner is the trademarked name for Yamaha's line of PWC's. SeaDoo is the trademarked name for Bombardier's line of PWC's. Some people commonly think of "Jet Skis" as the stand up type of PWC, and the WaveRunner as the sit down type. This is not true. There are stand up jet Skis, and Seated Jet Skis. The same is true for the WaveRunners, etc. Most manufacturers offer a line of two-seater, three-seater, and stand up models.

10) You commonly refer to Jet Skis / WaveRunners / Sea Doos throughout your site. Do you offer all brands?

answer: No, we only offer the 3-seater Yamaha WaveRunners. We commonly refer to all brands throughout our site to avoid a misunderstanding, since some people may not understand the differences between each make of PWC.
