Standard Policies and Procedures:

For your protection, any Credit Card information collected through our on-line shopping system will be obtained via 128 bit SSL encrypted server.

Place An Order

When you place an order on-line your information will be sent to us for review and processing.

Upon shipment of your order, we will generate an e-mail containing your receipt, as well as available shipping and tracking information.

If you prefer to call your order in by phone, you may reach our sales department at 931-858-2628, seven days a week between the hours of 9-5.

Cancel an Order

Please call us right away at 931-858-2628, and email us at http://www.orders@waverunnerrentals.com/. Most orders are shipped within a few hours after being completed. If you fail to notify us before the item is shipped, then please accept the item and return it under our refund provisions.

Payment Methods

We gladly accept, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We do not charge your card until your order is shipped.

We also accept personal checks and money orders. Please note that payment via check or money order can delay your order, as we must receive the payment prior to shipment.

Please note: Checks returned unpaid by your financial institution are subject to a Service Charge of $25 or the maximum allowed by law. Checks returned for insufficient or uncollected funds, together with Services Charges, may be debited electronically from your account.

No Tax Outside of Tennessee

For out of state purchases, you never pay sales tax! We are not required to collect sales and use tax on deliveries throughout the US, except where we have business locations, (Tennessee). For customers in Tennessee, you will be charged sales tax at a current rate of 9.75%.

Orders received after 10 AM CST will ship the next business day.

Next day delivery orders must be received by 10 AM CST Monday through Friday and orders received on Friday after 10 AM CST will ship Monday and arrive Tuesday.

Our warehouse does not ship on Christmas Day, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day and Thanksgiving (Thurs. & Fri.).

No express delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O. Boxes.

Not all items can be shipped Next Day or Two Day.

Some oversized items can only be shipped via truck.

Back Ordered Items Shipping & Handling

If you order items with different shipping availability dates - for example, an in-stock item along with a back ordered item - each item will ship as soon as it's available. If the original order was placed using Next Day or 2-Day delivery options, the back ordered items will be shipped using UPS Ground service at no additional cost to you.

Low Prices, Guarantee

At JBeez WaterCraft, we strive to offer the absolute lowest prices on all of our products. If you find a price lower than ours on the Internet, we will do our very best to match the competitors price.

To be eligible for a price-match, your request must first meet the following basic conditions:

1. The Internet retailer must have the identical product in-stock and priced accurately.
2. Price match requests must be submitted within three (3) days from the date of purchase at JBeez WaterCraft.
3. Our Low Prices, Guarantee is limited to a maximum of $100.00 per price match request.

When requesting a price match, please be aware that prices will be compared on the following criteria:

1. Prices are compared by item and include the product price, applicable taxes, plus shipping & handling charges when calculating the competitor's total price.
2. Our Low Prices, Guarantee does not apply when you use coupons, or promotional offers.
3. Our Low Prices, Guarantee does not apply to non-USA Warranted products.
4. Our Low Prices, Guarantee is limited to up to three (3) of the same product, shipped to the same address.
5. Our Low Prices, Guarantee excludes closeout specials, clearance items, refurbished or used products, special orders, products subject to a no return policy and incorrect pricing that is the result of a typographical error or omission.

The Low Prices, Guarantee is subject to change at any time.

Apply for a Price Match

To apply for a price match, simply send a copy of your JBeez WaterCraft sales receipt or invoice as proof of purchase, the competitor's printed and dated Internet ad with price circled and url address and company phone number (so we can validate the price and that the product is in stock).

In most cases we can match the pricing submitted by a customer. However, when the request is at or below our cost we cannot honor it.

Return/Exchange Policy

Our goal is to make sure you receive the best value on every purchase you make at JBeez WaterCraft. We want to be your number one choice for all your marine supplies.

You have our Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product, simply return it within 30 days to JBeez WaterCraft for a no hassle return. Or, exchange it for an item of equal or greater value.

Returns must be in new condition and packed in the original manufacturers packaging. Returns must include all components of the original manufacturers package.

(Certain special orders, shipping and handling, etc. may not be refunded. See Details below)

No Hassle Return

We will replace or refund the purchase price by check or credit your credit card, at JBeez WaterCraft, depending upon your original payment method, (returns may be subject to a 5% restocking fee). Refunds will be given for purchases returned within 30 days subject to the following requirements.

Exchange/Return Requirements

Exchanged/returned products must be in brand new, mint condition (never used or installed).

Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags, and the blank warranty cards. The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within a new shipping carton.

Please note that the warranty card must not be filled out.

Depending on the item purchased, special order items may not be eligible for return.

Shipping and handling fees, if applicable, are not refundable.

You must pay all return shipping costs and insurance.

Any Blister packed items or products that come in hard plastic wrap can only be returned if unopened and in original condition.

Any item with a "Factory Seal"can only be returned if unopened and in original condition.

Returns must be received by JBeez WaterCraft within 14 calendar days after notifying JBeez WaterCraft of intent to return. After the return period has expired, please contact the manufacturer to resolve any problems with your equipment.

Warranty

Unless stated otherwise,we only offer newly manufactured products with the original manufacturers warranty. While we will be more than happy to help resolve any warranty issues, many of the manufacturers prefer that you handle warranty claims directly with them. However, If you experience any problem with an item purchased, please contact us first for warranty instructions and procedures.
